Dr S. Thomas Westerman, M.D. is a board certified ear, nose, and throat physician who diagnoses and treats a variety of ear, nose and throat conditions. Our office is fully equipped, giving us the ability to evaluate ear, nose, and throat problems with great accuracy and efficiency. Aside from the clinical practice, we are also involved in various research projects. Some of the research is generated by Dr. Westerman's inventions, while other projects are in cooperation with other otolaryngologists. Dr. Westerman has also presented many papers both nationally and internationally. Dr. Westerman received his MD degree at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital of Philadelphia. His residency in ear, nose, and throat was at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where Westerman was chief resident. He is now clinical professor of otolaryngology at the Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Westerman has received awards and recognition for his clinical and research endeavors from the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the office of the President of the United States, and the United States Congress. | ||||||||||
